Ôtemachi and the neighboring Marunouchi, both located in Tôkyô´s Chiyoda Ward, are the center of Japan´s financial industry and the headquarters for large Japanese corporations. Ôtemachi is as well the center of Japanese journalism, housing the main offices of three big newspapers: Nihon Keizai Shinbun, Sankei Shinbun and Yomiuri Shinbun. The Tôkyô Fire Department is also headquartered in Ôtemachi.
